PRIVACY STATEMENT:

Unless you commit a crime, or unless your records are subpoenaed, everything you do on this site is protected. Your e-mail address will be tested as valid by occasional messages from this site. Invalid e-mail addresses may have the account put on hold for approximately 30 days, then all the data will be archived and taken off the server. If you have e-mail problems, or change e-mail, you will have a chance to let us know and we will correct and restore your account if notified within the 30 day time period. After that, we cannot guarantee we can restore your original handle, as another kidizen might have taken it as their own.

We will never turn your e-mail address over to others and e-mail addresses, real names, and addresses are only contained in a private secure area of our Website that cannot be scanned by spiders. There is no chance you will end up on someone's mailing list other than kidocracy.com!

We will always cooperate with authorities, so you have to agree to put nothing illegal on your Website.
